Description
This engaging and colourful board game will encourage players to consider ways to deal with situations that may make them angry, reconsider ways to deal with situations that may make them angry, and recognise their personal anger ‘triggers’.
Players move around the board and when they land on a Situation Square they take a Solve it! card which describes an anger trigger and offers several ways to deal with it. Players must discuss and decide which they feel is the most appropriate course of action.
The game can be played on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Either way, it provides an ideal platform to discuss specific issues and coping strategies. The facilitator can use all the cards provided or select key ones relevant to the players. Anger triggers featured include:
