Items fulfilled by Damoch must be inspected within 7 days of delivery. If something is missing, damaged, or defective, we’ll work with them to ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable. Their policy does not cover normal wear or damage from improper use.

Each brand we work with handles the physical return and refund process, but MontiPlanet is always your first point of contact.
